 Johnny G's has been an Austin tradition since 1980.   We offer  ribeyes, t-bones, fajitas, hamburgers for the grill, fresh (never frozen) whole chickens, whole pigs (security deposit required) or cabrito/(young goat).  Our grocery store can help you complete the meal. Come on in and check out our Hot Sauces, Salsas and Rubs made in Texas.  We service retail, wholesale and wild game processing.  On Saturday's we offer Johnny G's stuffed jalapeno(s), stuffed mushroom caps.

We do not ship any of our fresh meat, rubs or misc. products.  We do sell our jerky and dried sausages.The store checkout cannot be used for wildgame.

This is the only type we make and the min. quantity we will ship is 1 lb.  This is 3- 4 bags.  If you look at the price per pound at the grocery store, this is a great deal for peppered jerky made in a real smokehouse with mesquite wood.
